Actually we got our heat back by the end of the night when it went away…I just got busy and didn’t get a chance to write you all about it. I’m working my way through the pile of work on my desk. I got a few things scanned in for the investor proposal we are working on. I think we’ll be able to get it out soon.

I’m almost done with another project I needed to get done and I went to the Dr. today and finished filling out the paperwork to send to Medicade. It’s going out today! Cross your fingers. The Dr. after putting me on two other meds for my headaches finally put me BACK on the stuff I was on. She had taken me off of it because it can be addictive and she thought it might be causing rebound headaches. I don’t think so.

Tomorrow night, Tat will be coming up to stay at the Office. Look for her on the floater cam. I’ll be heading over to the Office after I kick some butt at Karate!

Ok so I know I griped not to long ago about how there isn’t much heat at his Mom’s house but damn! This morning, as I was tucked soundly under lots of covers and a heat blanket, apparently the heater in the house decided no heat was a better option. The heater blew and Daddy and his Mom went out to search for floor heaters. They came back with two and we have on in the computer room. Our room is pretty toasty but the rest of the house is freezing. Unfortunately, it looks like I’ll be wrapped in layers until Spring.

I went all the way down to the Dr’s Office to get my exam to see if I can get Medicade and they won’t take the form that says that Medicade will pay for the exam. Grrr…

My options? Pay my Dr. 65 dollars or trek to Jersey City to a free clinic. The opinions I’ve gotten thus far is to go pay the Dr that knows me. But what a pain.

I’ll be at the Office tonight on cam and in the chat room while I work. I’m looking forward to watching Miracles.

I don’t know if you heard about it but the net went down for a bit today in spots. Daddy spent some time this morning protecting our server from the bug let loose to destroy and wreck much havoc on the net. Because of that he took the database off line so some of you who tried to get into the site were unable to.

Firstly, it’s back up. Secondly, sorry about that.

I had a good time hanging out with Lady S. I stayed over at her place after the party and came home yesterday morning to hang out with Daddy and Tat. She said I can link to her picture (I’ll do it later) and that she would be glad to come hang out on cam sometime with me.

Tat had an appt. this morning to check on a tooth and found out that it was also her gum that was infected and causing her pain. The Dr. gave her lots of stuff to fix the problem, but she was in a lot of pain off and on today. We convinced her to hang out another night to try and let the pain ease up. She’s in a good mood, just ouchy sometimes.

Tomorrow is work, and if I can’t avoid it…the Superbowl. I’ve decided to continue taking the Tarot Keen calls with the other ones I’m doing to see if I can make a few extra dollars. Well as you see…I’m still not back up yet. My bad, it wasn’t the fan it was the power supply. Daddy found one but it didn’t fit in it so we had to go get me a case There are computer pieces EVERYWHERE in the office at home. LOL I assume he’ll get it back up sometime tomorrow. He’s in the middle of a contract so that’s taking some of his time too.

Tomorrow afternoon I’ll be going to teach and then in the evening heading into the city with Lady S. I’m still very much looking forward to it.

An update on the Medicade. They gave me all these papers to fill out and gave me some suggestions. I had the option of filing for disability but considering I do the Keen calls and stuff it’s income and that wouldn’t work. They also tell me that depending on what I made in the previous years that determines how much I get. I would get more working Keen part time. So I am going to stick with Workability which means they don’t give me money but will provide my health coverage. I have a physical on Monday and then will send in the papers. It could take up to 3 months for me to find out if I will get it or not. Send those good thoughts.

Well guys, the fan in my computer bit it. I’m sure we have another around here and daddy is even now digging around for it. I don’t anticpiate it being down for long. When it rains it pours, doesn’t it?

Currently I’m over at the Office. Tat is in chat..come say hi to her.

It’s a sunny VERY COLD day and I’m off to run some errands with Daddy’s Mom. She’s been nice enough to offer to come with me to Jersey City. Since my insurance went the way of the wind a while back I’ve been trying to find ways to lessen the costs.

I found out that Canada charges you much less for meds then the States does. My Dr. has been extremely good to me and has given me tons of samples of the meds I need. I applied for a few of the Patient Assistant Programs and one of them really came thru for me. Today…I’m going to go and apply for Medicade Workability. Wish me lots of luck. This would really help me.

This week’s schedule goes a little something like this. For the rest of the week I’m going to be going to karate as usual and being around in chat and on cam as possible. I have a project I have to finish this week and then I’m going to be working on getting archives and pictures done for the site while I intersperse that with updating my accounts to get ready for tax season. Friday I’m taking a small break and going out to a party with Lady S. I’m very excited.

I wanted to remind everyone that one of our visitors doesn’t like to be on cam much. So when they are around we turn the cam until I or Tat come over to the Office.

We have quite a bit of content we’ll be working on over the next few weeks. Remember it’s Tax time and we’re trying to get all our ducks in a row while we add to the site.

It looks like we are back on 1st shift for a bit. We went to bed very early last night and got up around 9:30am. I dove right into Monday with calling creditors and yelling at people to correct things they messed up. After a few errands I took a small break to get ready for karate.

Despite the fact that I was nervous about going, I did really good. Several people thought so. I’ll turn into a tiger yet!
