So daddy calls me over and shows me this link (not work safe)….I am decidedly old. My first thought after seeing this girl who is apparently stalking some guy, and thinks she’s going to talk him into being with her by stripping in the video is…she is going to want to kill herself when she’s older.
She’s going to look back on that video, the fact that it’s so popular that it’s got people doing “remixes” of it and transcripts of the damn thing and go “what the flip was on my mind” then plot the ways she can bury her head in the sand. Why do I know? Because I have done things in my past (not anything near like this) but I look back at them and go “I can’t believe I did that…what was I thinking? How hard were people laughing at me because I did it? What must they think of me?? Aaaaahhhhh!!!!!” And this screams those things all over.
But you can’t tell a teenager that. To her and I’m sure other teens…this looks like a brilliant way to proclaim your love or desire for someone. Thank god for the internet (sarcasm). So…I’m old. Just thought I’d tell ya.
And yes…I know I am perpetuating her demise but being another person who’s linking to her…but she should of thought of that before she did the damn thing!
P.S…..I got another recurring role in an upcoming Audio Drama. I’ll post the link when it goes live.

I was really fortunate today to be able to hook up with Scott Sigler for lunch while he’s here in NYC for a book reading/signing for Infected! Not only did I get to sit down and eat sushi but he was really sweet and helped me answer a few questions related to an audio project (read below) I’m going to possibly get involved with and answered some of my questions about writing, podcasting my writing, and my plot. It was an extremely useful converstation and well worth the time to trek into NYC for. 
I sadly wasn’t able to hit his reading because of some other obligations but I have no doubt the man was swamped with fans!
As I mentioned above, I may be getting involved in an audio project that I set in motion in February. I’m keeping the details close to my chest but it looks like I may have an opportunity to record some audio books and I’m really excited about it.
The last bit of really exciting news is that it looks like not only is a comment I made on an article in the SF Chronical online mentioned in an article for today but it’ll be printed in the SF Chronical’s paper tomorrow! The article is about how Seth Harwood and Scott Sigler have made such an impact on the publishing world via their free audio podcast of their work. The Tale Chasing site is actually mentioned and will get the exposure of all of their online and print readers! They asked me yesterday if they could repost my comment and it never occured to me that they’d be ‘printing’ the comment as well. So I’m extremely psyched about that!
As a side note, because people are starting to search for “tail chasing” to find the site, I back ordered the tailchasing.com domain in the hopes that anyone looking for this site can find it. Ok…now I’m off to work on my plot.

I’m doing this now, cause if I don’t…I won’t put it up tomorrow.
Today was a good day! I did a lot of things to further my goals! I recorded my audition for Metamor City and sent it off to it’s creator today. I recieved news that I got the part! PseudoJoe offered to help me with the audio part of my promo for TaleChasing and I wrote and recorded the description for him to work on. I was invited by PG Holyfield and PseudoJoe to take part in a video “podcast” and had a lot of fun making new friends of them, pimping my stuff and talking about podcasting, writing, phone sex, etc.
I also spoke with Ivy from WritingCast and realized I need to figure out more about my main character so I know why she will be doing the things she’s doing in the plot I still have to create.
And I finished up my interview with Stacia Kane for TaleChasing! I sent it off for approval from her and hopefully she’ll like it and I can get it up.
I also took some calls and made a little side cash. So all in all…it was a good day.

It’s been a while since I made an update. Sorry about that. I suppose the other sites I’m working on are getting all the attention from me. I was sick over Easter weekend. It’s still holding on but I’m trying not to think about it.
Last week I got permission from Holly Lisle to record the audio version of her Plot Mini course. The pdf says you have permission to sell it or give it away but I made sure and decided to make it a test run to see if she was interested in me doing her other pdfs for her. We’ll see how it turns out.
I was also given material so I could audition for Metamor City. It would be really cool to play a part in it. I’ll be recording my audition today probably…I hope.
And I did an interview with Stacia Kane for TaleChasing which should be up soon. I have like four more authors lined up and two more topic ideas for the podcast. But what I really wish I could light a fire under my butt to do was work on my book. Nothing to light…just do it. I know…I’m working on it.

Just a quick post to tell you all I’m excited to have put up Ep 9 of Tale Chasing, Kimi and Site Updates. Despite the fact that it’s an update podcast I think there are some really great parts in it and some good information. I’m also excited to have recieved back 2 letters from urban fantasy writers, Stacia Kane and Rachel Vincent who will be doing podcast Interviews with me very very soon! I’m psyched! Oh and a big thank you to MT for my new TaleChasing design! It rocks!

I’ve been going in a cycle between my projects. My three main projects are:
- Bills/Personal Assistant Duties - a daily thing
- Power In Practice (Podcast Editing)
- Tale Chasing (Podcasts/Blogs/Writing book)
- - pure-submission.com - helpful articles for service submissives
You can see I added one because I wanted to make sure it’s noticed but it’s not a MAIN priority. I would, however, appreciate anyone who wants to link to this useful resource. I think it would really be useful to anyone who wants to do a good job for their Dominant.
My book project: Well…I’m stuck on my plot. I have to re-right the 16k I wrote in Nov as the story, characters, etc have evolved and changed. I believe for the better. I am currently reading How to Write Science Fiction and Fantasy by Orson Scott Card, going over a free pdf by Holly Lisle on creating a plot, and working on podcasts and blog entries for Tale Chasing aside from constantly thinking about the book.
Power In Practice is coming along nicely. I finished Ep 10: Rape Play with Tatsumi a few days ago and it’ll be going up on the site as soon as it’s approved. I have many other tapes to edit for other casts coming soon.
So far, things are going well on the "job" front as I’ve been using a daily calendar to help me remember tasks that need to be done each day, etc.
I’ve been slightly ill so I haven’t been able to work out yet.
So that’s where I’m at.
